I got great value for my money at this beautifully decorated riad. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the main entrance to the medina. The staff, especially Fatima, were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations for exploring the city.
The breakfast selection could have been improved by offering a greater variety of options.

The interior of the rooms is lovely decorated. The house-stuff is very friendly. And the central position in the medina is practical for sightseeing.
The bathroom is gentle mouldering.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful - true Moroccan architecture and food. The roof view of the Medina is stunning.
You may need a guide to find it!

Our stay at Riad Dar Chrifa was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. The riad had beautiful decor, creating a charming and authentic Moroccan ambiance. The breakfast served was typical of Morocco and presented exceptionally well, with a delightful private area for us to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The strong and reliable wifi was also a plus. Despite some minor inconveniences such as a narrow children's room and minimal soundproofing, our overall experience was wonderful. We particularly appreciated the recommendation to download an offline map, which was incredibly useful in navigating the medina. I highly recommend Riad Dar Chrifa for a delightful and authentic Moroccan stay.

Staff are very kind and friendly. The hotel is close to one of the gates in the old medina, so it is easy to find the hotel. The room is a traditional moroccoan style so we enjoyed the atmosphere of real Morocco. We really had a wonderful time there.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always available to give us advice and help us with anything we needed. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed our delicious breakfasts while taking in the breathtaking views of the city. The service was top-notch, with staff members speaking great English and ensuring that all our needs were met.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping.

Our stay felt like home with the wonderful Riad staff who made us feel welcome and accommodated our needs. The staff gave us all the necessary information to navigate around the area including a map. Our room had a spacious and comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast included delicious local bread and baked goods. The Riad was conveniently located near the edge of the Medina, making it easy to access popular restaurants and shops.
Although not related to the Riad, some teenagers near the area may try to scam tourists by offering to lead the way and ask for money.

Friendly service in a peaceful and traditional setting. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They treated us like royalty, providing a level of service that I have never experienced before.
Isolated location, few nearby restaurants.

The suite at Riad Dar Chrifa is absolutely stunning! The king bed is so comfy, and the separate private living-room is a great bonus. The bathroom is huge and luxurious. I felt like a royal during my stay!
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the twin/double room a bit cold and not as cozy as I would have liked. But hey, some people might enjoy that!

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the cozy and nicely decorated rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The location of this hotel was not ideal for me. It was difficult to walk to and from the city’s main attractions, and there were limited dining options nearby.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered a (free) Moroccan tea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and in Moroccan (romantic) style. When we entered the riad, we were very surprised to find this beautiful place behind those walls. There is a lovely terrace with an excellent view. The location was not too far from the center (we did it on foot). Breakfast was great. We had pancakes, fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, different kinds of marmelade and honey and sometimes eggs. It was very quiet in the riad, you didn't here the noice of the city so we slept like a rose!
We were there in January. It was quite cold in the riad and the rooms. The rooms were however equipped with heating.

It is a great location if you want to walk to old medina. It is right on the edge so a taxi from the airport can still drop you off. We arrived after dark but Majid drove us to a great restaurant & arranged to have someone walk us back to the riad. He arranged an official guide, Farida accompany us to the medina the next day. Farida speaks French, German & English. She was born in the medina so knows every alley: farida- [email protected]. The next day we had a driver to visit Meknes & the Romans ruins. I have read other postings talk about the guides/owner taking you to certain shops etc where they get a percentage. It's their business but at least they know the safe places to eat and visit. You can always say no as you will be approached by many others in the street. We felt safe and enjoyed the delicious food with no ill affects. At the Riad, Hicham was always there to bring us a cup of hot mint tea & or anything we needed, always with a smile. There is also a pizzeria around the corner if you want a light late-night snack to bring back to the riad...easy 2 block safe walk. In Dec, its cold in the shaded streets of the medina. The Riad has beautiful high ceilings so difficult to heat so bring warm pajamas...this could be a real plus in the summer!

The breakfast was delicious and diverse, including local delicacies like olives and cheeses. The hotel was conveniently located close to local attractions, making sightseeing easy and enjoyable. the staff was helpful and accommodating, offering us great advice on what to do each day.
The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear noise from other rooms and hallways. some of the facilities were not as clean as we had hoped.
